Alright, just a little update as to what is happening...
As of right now, there is not much going on. Just a little bit of paper work, signing contracts and getting approval for everything. I signed the contract on Feb 16th, which was last Friday...she said it should be about 5 weeks until I will be able to tell that they have started working on it. The process should take 5 months total, depending of course on a few different things, weather being one. So lets hope for little rain! I am supposed to be on the "rush" list...since my apartment lease will be up at the end of May and I will be paying month-to-month. I am hoping to be in the house in July. Happy Birthday to me! :)
Mostly right now I am just waiting for the building to begin. I am also deciding on decorations, furniture, and fun stuff like that...however, I am waiting until I am in the house for most of it.
I am just glad the search for a home is OVER!! Ugh.
I really like the neighborhood. I think it is going to turn out really great and be a wonderful first home! I cannot wait!
I plan on writing in here as much as I can to keep you updated of all the fun and hopefully not too many "rough" times in the process!
